This is a simple text to HTML converter. It will do the best it can to create URL and mailto: links, headings, lists, and paragraphs. You'll probably want to touch up the code after the conversion.

Paragraph handling:

When a paragraph is more than one line (hard wrapped) in the text to be converted:

	Insert a <br> tag to force a line break at the end of each line.
	Do not force line breaks within paragraphs.

Unordered lists:

Below, type the character or characters that indicate an unordered list item. (We'll call it the "flag characters")

If the flag characters include a number, type a # character instead of the number.
If one or more spaces or a tab precedes the flag characters then type a space first.
If the flag characters are followed by one or more spaces, type a space last.

Shall the unordered list items be separated with paragraph spacing?
